1) Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, logging in, or using sibrik.ai, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2) Service Description
The platform provides AI tools to generate/process images, video, audio, and text (the “Content”) via a web interface. A public API for external use is not provided. Features may change at any time.
3) Accounts & Age
Minimum age to use the Service: 16+; for paid subscriptions: 18+.
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
4) Plans, Payments, Refunds
Payment models: subscriptions and/or credits.
Billing currency: EUR.
Refunds:
First purchase: within 14 days if ≤10% of credits/limits have been used.
Subscription renewals: non-refundable; you may disable auto-renewal before the next billing date.
Taxes/fees may be added to prices.
5) Licenses & IP
Your input content: you retain ownership. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process it to provide the Service.
Generated content: to the extent permitted by law, rights are assigned to you; you are responsible for lawful use (copyright, trademarks, likeness, personal data, etc.).
Platform IP: code, design, databases, and trademarks belong to SIBRIK LTD or licensors. Reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, scraping, and limit circumvention are prohibited.
6) Acceptable Use
Do not upload/prompt/generate content that: (a) is unlawful; (b) promotes violence, child exploitation, hate, or fraud; (c) infringes third-party IP or image/likeness rights; (d) contains malware, spam, DDoS, or crypto-mining without consent; (e) is used in high-risk contexts (medical, legal/financial advice, critical infrastructure) without our written consent.
7) AI Disclaimer
Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for specific purposes. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” You must validate outputs for legal compliance and third-party rights.
8) Liability
No warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, or accuracy. Total liability of SIBRIK LTD is capped at the amount you paid in the last 3 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend/terminate access for breaches of these Terms or legal requirements. You may delete your account in settings or by contacting
support@sibrik.ai.
10) Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by England & Wales law; London courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Please email
support@sibrik.ai before filing a claim; we respond within 30 days.
11) Changes
We may update these Terms. Updates take effect upon posting or after a stated notice period.
